This 14.3H classic type Bay Stallion is a blend
of new Brunk bloodlines (Beamington) through his sire; and foundation Brunk
lines including Jubilee King, Flyhawk, RedOak, and Redman through his dam. The
Beamington horses are legendary in their own right; and Bandits’ dam was our
foundation broodmare. Her working attitude and soundness was foremost until
her passing at 31 years of age. BANDIT foals are easy to pick out, not only by
being tractable, good-looking MORGANS with a big eye and tiny pricked ears, but
also by their “attitude”. He passes on his athletic ability and intelligence to
his foals, which makes them sensitive, quick learning horses with a “go all day”
drive. A star in his own right, Bandit has had limited exposure in the show arena,
but excels at every task given him. From hauling bales, to moving cows, to
taking part in numerous demonstrations, he is equally at home. From portraying
“Figure” at Spruce Meadows, to making friends during and after demonstrations,
he is a pleasure to handle. Ladies handle him during breeding season and children
groom him. He is a very intense horse working at a level very few attain. Bandit’s
classic type was forever recorded when his image was sculpted to represent the MORGAN
breed at the Remington Carriage Museum located at Cardston, Alberta.
